Go Skateboarding Day with Globe- June 21st 12pm-3pm

For the past 9 years June 21st has been designated as Go Skateboarding Day, an official global day for skateboarders to put down the video game controller, turn off the TV, and go out and skate.

Globe and Red Bull have teamed up this year to celebrate Go Skateboarding Day, bringing out over 500 professional and amateur skateboarders to Venice Beach, an iconic skate spot for Southern California.

From 12-3 we will feature autograph signings, live music, cash for tricks, giveaways, and more! Go Skateboarding Day Venice will also be featured as a destination event on the world famous KROQ’s ROQ n Surf’ series.
